All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Turkey. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your booking. We intend to rely on these terms. These terms and conditions, together with your booking, will form the contract between you and us for the duration of your stay in Turkey for treatment purposes.
The following communication channels telephone calls, emails, and direct messages sent by you to us are considered valid. In these terms, several definitions and rules of interpretation are outlined for clarity. Ancillary Costs encompass any additional expenses beyond procedure-related fees that you are responsible for. Should you cancel your booking, a Cancellation Fee will be charged by us to cover administrative expenses. Prior to your surgery, a Consultation involves verbal communication and a physical examination by one of our surgeons.
The Contract denotes the agreement between you and us, encompassing the booking and these terms and conditions throughout your stay, which spans from the start date to the departure date, we offer accommodation and services as outlined in your itinerary. You are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract in full as described below.

2.1.14. Providing the best hospital/doctor options for treatment
2.1.15. Support during treatment
2.1.16. Translation of the medical documents into English or another language
2.1.17. Translation services
2.1 The following Services are not included in your Package:
2.2.1 Flights to/from Turkey – You are responsible for covering all costs of your flight
2.2.2. Passport and visa costs
2.2.3. Lunch and dinner
2.2.4. Expenses for companions
2.3. Before your Travel, you must provide us with:
2.3.1. Your personal details
2.3.2. Passport details
2.3.3. A copy of your prescriptions detailing any medications and/or treatments, along with any instructions from your healthcare provider and all past medical history information
2.3.4. Emergency contact information
2.3.5. Your arrival and departure flight details
Please be aware that Turkey is not part of the EU and therefore does not participate in the EU's Health System.
If you do not provide us the needed, incomplete, or incorrect information, you will be responsible for any resulting damages that could possibly occur. We might terminate the contract or impose an additional charge to cover any extra work needed. If you delay providing the necessary information, we are not liable for any delays in providing the package at the agreed price.
3. Your Booking
3.1. Once we have received your deposit and flight details, we will send you a confirmation e- mail as soon as possible.
3.2. The contract is established when we send you the booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation and these terms and conditions form the contract.
4. Payment
4.1. After agreeing on the treatment(s) and the scheduled treatment date, you are expected to make a deposit. The remaining amount can be paid when you arrived at the location of the health service location before your operation.
5. Changes and Cancellations
5.1. We will do our best to consider any reasonable changes you would like to make, if you inform us beforehand. If we can accommodate these changes, we will let you know and inform you of any adjustments to fees, service timelines, or other necessary changes resulting from your requests. You will need to confirm your agreement to the changes in writing. By accepting this, you acknowledge that Via Premium assumes no responsibility until we receive the booking confirmation after your written consent regarding the changes you wish to make. The contract will begin once we send a written confirmation of such changes.
5.2. If we could make the requested changes to your booking, you agree to pay all additional costs associated with these changes.
5.3. Once the patient has made the deposit, we begin to organize accommodation, transportation, and the operation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of patient-initiated cancellations. Once an operation date has been reserved, refunds cannot be provided upon request. However, should a serious reason for cancellation arise, we reserve the right to cancel the operation.
5.4.Should your procedure be delayed or rescheduled for some reasons beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5.5.We advise you to ensure that all flight bookings made can be changed without any extra fees. We are not obligated to reimburse you for any additional travel expenses or other costs, expenditures, or losses incurred by a change or cancellation.
6. Visa, Passport and Health Requirements
6.1. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled departure date
6.2. It is your responsibility to apply and obtain a visa for entering Turkey
6.3. If you are not allowed to enter Turkey or in case of deportation, the cancellation terms will apply, therefore the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Travel Details

7.2. Arrival airport, pick-up time, and date
7.3. Emergency contacts and the contact information of your coordinator

8. Your Accommodation includes
8.1. A stay with breakfast at our aftercare or partner hotel.
You are required to inform us in advance if you plan to have a companion during your stay.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1.This contract is exclusively between you and us. No other person has the right to enforce any of the terms unless expressly stated otherwise in the contract.
9.2. Neither party shall assign or transfer its rights and responsibilities under this contract without obtaining prior written consent from the other party.
9.3. All patient medical records received by us will be strictly confidential and securely stored, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
9.4. Each clause of these terms shall be considered separately. If one or more clauses of this contract are deemed void for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Before the Procedure
You agree to abide by the surgeon's decision if blood tests conducted prior to the procedure result in the cancellation or postponement of the operation because the professionals believe that the surgery should be performed later or not at all. Therefore, you are advised to disclose all information about your past and current medical history openly.
11. Malpractice
In case of malpractice of our surgeon, if there is a mistake caused by our surgeon, corrective surgery will be performed. In addition, private health insurance can be made before the operation or treatment to cover all these processes, and a private health insurance option is offered optionally by our company. However, if incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information was given by you during the consultation such as hidden health conditions, past operations, etc. you accept and declare that any costs incurred will be your responsibility.
12. Before & After Photos
You agree that Via Premium is authorized to use your before and after photos, which you will be asked to provide for follow-up purposes. Photos that do not reveal your identity may be used for promotional purposes and posted on all our social media platforms and website
