In the case of moderate breast enlargement, we perform to the vertical incision, which is made horizontally without the need for a scar under the breast, and this reduces the size of the scar and its appearance.

Breast reduction surgery can be performed on any person who is stable and growing throughout his life. The procedure has absolutely no effect on pregnancy, but it is recommended to avoid pregnancy for a period of no less than one year after surgery.

The patient undergoes general anesthesia and the doctor uses absorbable stitches, and he must stay in the hospital for only two to three days.

After completing the surgical procedure, a drain is placed to drain the fluids for a period of 1-3 days in order to prevent any secondary suppurations and to get rid of the blood resulting from the bleeding. There may also be a delay in healing, or complete or partial necrosis of the areola, which may cause hardening of the nodules and then require a new intervention, and it is possible that hypertrophic growth of scars may occur, which is treated with corrective surgery.
