Two methods are used for teeth whitening. These are office bleaching and home bleaching care.

Office Type Whitening Method: It is the most reliable teeth whitening application applied by dentists in the clinic, lasting 45-55 minutes on average. Special gel and beam source device (laser) is performed under the supervision of a doctor. Depending on the tooth structure, the color is getting 2-4 tones whiter. After the procedure, the person should perform oral and dental care regularly.

Home Bleaching: It is a reliable bleaching system that is applied by the patient in the home environment by placing gels in molds prepared according to the measurements that are explained in the prescription. It can be combined with office whitening. The result is obtained by applying the gel for 5-7 days, on average 5 hours a day, with the type of gel and the doctor’s control.

Internal Bleaching: This process is also known as dead teeth, devital teeth or root canal treated teeth. It is the whitening of the teeth from the inside out. First, the pulp is removed with root canal treatment. Sodium perborate is placed inside the tooth. Sodium perborate dissolves discolorations and whitens the teeth.
